Q: How to make order?

1. Contact us with what you need.
2. we will make quotation for your confirmation with shipping cost.
3. After your confirmation, we will send the proforma invoice for your payment arrangement.
4. Once we get your payment, we will go forward to prepare the products and arrange shipment.
5. After shipping out the product, we will offer the tracking number to follow up till you get the products.
Q: What other payments do you accept?
A:
1. We accept the Banking Transfer to our company account. It is also listed in the Proforma invoice.
2. Paypal payment, need to add 4.4% for paypal charges. Paypal account: samsongjin@126.com
A: Most products are in stock. If not, will take about one week to prepare. If order in bulk, please contact us sales@spacelas.com for the shipping time.
A: All our products are 100% strictly tested before sending out to customers and have 1 year warranty. If quality problem, please contact us for prompt solution. If need to send back for repair, customers pay the returned fees and we will send out on our cost.
A: DHL / FEDEX / UPS are prior. They will take about one week to you. Door to Door service.
If you have the DHL account, please offer, we can send the products out by shipping collected. But the declare amount is MAX at USD700.
